Job summary

REI Alpharetta is seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead, coach and develop store teams in a fast-paced environment. You will drive sales, elevate customer service, and ensure execution of brand standards across all channels.

You will recruit, mentor, and motivate staff, shape a customer-centric culture, and communicate strategic changes to the team. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering exceptional experiences for outdoor enthusiasts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful retail management experience (preferred).
  • Enjoys communicating and building relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business.
  • Uses business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgment to solve problems.
  • Produces quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities.
