Job summary

REI Co-op in the United States is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead teams and drive top performance. You will plan, train, coach, delegate, and ensure core standards are met across all channels while delivering exceptional service.

This role emphasizes staff development, customer focus, and aligning operations with REI's brand promise. You will recruit, motivate and evaluate teams, manage relationships, and drive sales through effective leadership and problem solving.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful retail management experience (preferred).
  • Enjoys communicating and building relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business.
  • Uses business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgement to solve problems.
  • Makes solid recommendations by combining information from various sources.
  • Produces quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities.
  • Organises and uses resources to meet deadlines, keeps others in the loop about plans and progress.
  • Engages and influences others to accomplish worthwhile organisational goals.

Pay Range

$28.77 - $36.00 per hour
