Position Description: The University of Louisville School of Dentistry Academic Affairs is seeking a Department Coordinator IV (Credentialing). This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all licensed clinician/providers of ULSD and ULDA (i.e., physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, etc.).
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
