Job summary

Sanwa Growers, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Department Clerk - Produce to join a fast-paced team. You will stock and rotate displays, assist customers, and maintain freshness and cleanliness across the department.

Flexibility to take on varied tasks is expected. Prior grocery or produce experience is a plus but not required. We offer competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement, with health, dental, vision insurance after 60 days and a 6% 401K match after 6 months, plus holiday pay

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to lift 70 lbs or more and work in refrigerators, freezers, and warehouse environments.
• Produce or grocery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Stocking and rotating product displays
• Assisting customers and answering questions
• Maintaining freshness, cleanliness, and quality standards
• As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.
