Job summary

Miner's Inc. is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to join our produce department. A successful candidate will learn about produce items from around the world and work hands-on with all products to trim, rotate, and fill displays for the finest and freshest presentation to customers.

You will engage customers, educate and recommend items, and adapt to seasonal changes and local favorites. Shifts are mostly afternoons and evenings; this is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn about produce items from around the world.
• Ability to educate and recommend items to customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Work in the produce department to trim, rotate and fill items for fresh presentation.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and suggest suitable produce options.
• Adapt to changing product mix with seasons and holidays.

We are seeking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in our produce department. A successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and work with produce items from virtually all around the world. The need to work hands on with all products is a must. The need to trim, rotate and fill produce items constantly to ensure the presentation of the finest and freshest items to our customers for purchasin. Employees not only learn about each produce item, but they will also be required to share, educate and recommend items to customers with their produce purchases. The product mix is constantly changing with each growing season, as well as holiday items and local favorites.

Job Requirements

• An employee will be required to lift, stand, walk and work with their hands and fingers throughout their entire work shift.
• Lifting items and product up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
