Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Full-Can Depal Operator to join our warehouse team.

The role involves depalletizing and line loading of finished product for labeling, plus meticulous counting and pallet tagging to ensure accuracy. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with other employees accurately and effectively.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge, SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties include accurately counting dent product and maintaining counts for labeling.
• Maintain a count of cases sent to be labeled and ensure pallet tags reflect correct amounts.
• Count part pallets and ensure correct quantities on pallet tags.
• Stack can divider sheets neatly by size and organize pallets for labeling.
• Keep track of orders and match a lift truck and label machine operator’s orders.
• Notify supervisor immediately if any unsafe or hazardous conditions are discovered.
• Perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract) to balance counts.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• Operate necessary equipment and use a calculator as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and be prepared for other duties as assigned.
