Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet by delivering a differentiated customer experience and educating customers on managing financial transactions.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and participating in branch daily operations.
