Job summary

Leprino is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to support nutrition product development and pilot plant trials in Denver. You will set up and operate pilot-scale equipment, collect samples, and help move experiments toward scalable manufacturing, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will work hands-on with processing lines, monitor operating conditions, and assist research teams in turning ideas into practical processes for future production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of standard manufacturing equipment (pumps, valves, piping, etc.).
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pilot-scale processing equipment.
• Support nutrition trials and document results.
• Prepare experiments and coordinate trial requirements with scientists.
