Regis University in Denver seeks Clinical Affiliate Faculty (CAF) to facilitate nursing clinical rotations across the Denver Metro area. CAF are part-time employees who supervise students in patient care environments and collaborate with the Loretto Heights School of Nursing to deliver a high-quality clinical learning experience.

Competenze

• Active registered nurse license in Colorado.
• Masters or Doctoral degree or BSN with plan to obtain master's or higher degree in nursing.
• Minimum of two years of full-time (or equivalent) professional nursing practice.
• Minimum of one year of full-time (or equivalent) practice in an area related to instruction.

Mansioni

• Familiarize yourself with course objectives and clinical outcomes.
• Orient to clinical facility and units; communicate with students in advance of rotations.
• Supervise students in patient care experiences and evaluate clinical preparedness using the CCT.
• Coordinate observational learning experiences and conduct clinical conferences with students.
• Provide ongoing on-site clinical instruction and supervision for each clinical experience.
