Job summary

The role may be based on campus or in the Denver metro area, and requires travel, evenings, and weekends; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• One year of leadership and/or professional experience with high school or college students.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to groups of various sizes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.
• Enthusiasm for working with students and representing the University of Northern Colorado.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion evidenced by past efforts.

Responsibilities

• Territory and recruitment management across an assigned recruitment territory; travel to college fairs, high schools, and community events; engage diverse prospective students and families.
• Counsel students and supporters about admission criteria and enrollment requirements.
• Guide leads through the enrollment funnel with a customer-service oriented approach.
• Engage with partner organizations serving prospective student populations.
• Coordinate campus tours and off-campus events; participate in recruitment activities and events.
• Manage general admissions email and respond to inquiries; maintain schedules including nights and weekends.
• Need a valid driver's license for travel and recruitment activities.
