Job summary

Bryten Communities in Denver is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of the community. You will engage prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process to move them in smoothly.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting occupancy goals while upholding Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Support resident retention through exceptional customer service and engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
