Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an experienced associate to join its litigation team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience across all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and client communication.

Delaware or Illinois bar membership is required or anticipated. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, with second-chair trial or arbitration

Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in both state and federal courts.
• Active Delaware or Illinois bar license or commitment to obtain.

Responsibilities
