Financial Designs Ltd. (FDL) seeks a full-time Director of Human Resources/Finance to oversee all business operations from our Denver office.

Reporting to the President, this on-site role combines HR leadership with financial stewardship and daily operations management. The candidate should have 10+ years in a leadership role in professional services, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, HR operations experience (payroll/benefits), and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven leadership experience overseeing operational functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in HR operations, including employee benefits management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of FDL to keep the business relevant, cost efficient and high performing in HR, applications and technology.
• Manage HR activities including recruiting, payroll, 401(k) plan administration and health benefits, and ensure legal compliance.
• Support Financial Operations: budgeting, ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reporting.
• Oversee entity matters including business insurance and facilities.
