RICK Engineering Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead landmark public infrastructure projects. You will work with clients and communities to deliver designs, schedules, and budgets, mentoring staff and coordinating with public agencies.

The role requires a BSCE, Colorado PE or eligibility within six months, 5–10 years of relevant experience (or 8–12 years without PE), and proven leadership and project-management skills.

• 5–10 years of civil engineering experience or 8–12 years without PE.
• Proven leadership and project-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction documents and contracts.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Lead client and public agency interactions.
• Direct design and support staff; ensure quality standards.
• Maintain strong client Relationships and ownership of projects.
• Perform constructability reviews and coordinate with stakeholders.
