Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Bartender in Denver, Colorado to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and guest-focused service. You will set up the bar, stock supplies, and ensure safety and cleanliness during each shift, while handling payments via POS.

The role requires knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and responsible beverage service, with a preference for prior bartender or beverage experience and a TIPS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender or food/beverage role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
• Cash handling with POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption per guidelines.
• Interact with guests professionally and promptly.
• Process payments using POS systems.
• Restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Handle cash/transactions per procedures.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and bar safety.
