Job summary

PepperPointe Partnerships is seeking a Marketing & Engagement Manager to join our Strategy team in Lexington, Kentucky, to build the future pipeline of dentists across the practices we support.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will develop and execute strategies that raise awareness, generate prospective leads, and cultivate long-term relationships with dentists at every career stage. Travel 5–10 times/year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to four years of experience in marketing, business development, relationship management, events, talent engagement, recruiting or a related field preferred.
• Healthcare, dental, professional services or other relationship-driven industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual doctor talent marketing and engagement strategy aligned with current and anticipated doctor needs across supported practices.
• Build awareness of PepperPointe and its supported practices among practicing dentists, residents and dental students through targeted marketing, digital and social channels, events and other strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective doctors, including engaging and nurturing candidates.
