Job summary

Adventure Dental in Essex, MD is seeking a part-time General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative care for children, instruct staff on assisting in treatment, and educate caregivers on preventive practices.

This role runs on Mondays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays with PRN opportunities; pay range is $700-$1000 per day. You will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality care to underserved children.

Qualifications

• State dental license in good standing.

Adventure Dental in Essex, MD, is currently seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices.

This is a part-time position for Mondays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays only. PRN opportunities are available as well.

Pay range: $700-$1000/day

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
