Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver full clinical care, from exams and treatment planning to delivering comprehensive dental services. The role includes in-office specialties and a strong patient flow in an established practice.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
