42North Dental is actively seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. The role entails managing the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment delivery across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Base compensation includes equity opportunities, bonuses, and unlimited earning potential based on production. Expect strong patient flow and a commitment to high ethical standards and education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
