Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to join our growing, patient‑centered practice. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and maintain records within a supportive team.

Annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 USD, with mentorship and continuing education. Required: DDS, state license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Documented Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
