Job summary

42North Dental is recruiting a dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, and create comprehensive treatment plans for a steady flow of patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Licensed in the state with a DMD/DDS, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and current BLS/CPR certification. Competitive annual salary and opportunities for mentorship and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state dental license
