Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Dentist to join our established practice. You will work to promote oral health, diagnose diseases and educate patients while creating and reviewing treatment plans.

You will maintain and update patient records, interpret x-rays, monitor development, and perform restorative and surgical procedures to deliver high-quality care. An equal-opportunity employer environment is provided.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
