Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist to lead the patient experience from intake to treatment. You will perform comprehensive dental care, including in-office specialty services, while educating patients on options, outcomes, and preventive care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in Connecticut.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Educate patients on options and preventive care.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
