Job summary

42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, seeks a licensed Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment plan and care delivery. The practice offers in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics with a strong new-patient flow.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, create and review treatment plans, and maintain records. Expect ongoing education and a commitment to ethics and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA)
