Job summary
42North Dental is looking for a dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
You will diagnose, educate patients, create and discuss treatment plans, and maintain medical and dental records with a focus on the highest standards of care and ethics. We offer comprehensive benefits, immediate 401K eligibility, continuing education, mentorship within a large doctor
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore health
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Maintain and update patients' records
- Review and interpret x-rays and tests
- Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws
- Provide restorative and preventive care
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth/bone/tissues
- Maintain high quality standard of care
- Maintain ethics and professionalism
- Keep up with new developments and continuing education
