Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a DDS or DMD to lead the patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan through to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics within a patient‑centered practice.

The ideal candidate holds a current state license, provides Hepatitis B vaccination proof, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. A commitment to high ethical standards, ongoing education, and collaboration with our network of

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and best practices through ongoing education.
