Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a 401K, ongoing education, mentorship, equity opportunities, and unlimited earning potential. Annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $250,000 USD.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
Keep abreast of new developments and standards of care through continuing education.
