Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient care experience from the initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of comprehensive care, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate patients about treatment options, create and maintain treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation of records and tests while delivering the highest standard of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and discuss treatment options with patients.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care and perform procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism and stay current with developments.

Education
