Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead comprehensive patient care within an established practice. You will deliver exams, diagnoses, and full-scope treatment, including in-house specialty services via a patient-centered, ethics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep current with developments and continuing education.

Education
