Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience—from initial exam to delivery of comprehensive care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate, and develop treatment plans to preserve or restore oral health while maintaining patient records and adhering to the highest ethical standards. The role offers significant earning potential and a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
