Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Dentist to lead the complete clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will be supported by a network of doctors, participate in ongoing education, and have access to comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, and an equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
