Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join Gent le Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, from exams and treatment plans to delivering high-quality restorative and preventive dentistry.

The role offers an annual rate of $150,000–$200,000 USD with uncapped earning potential through a 36% collections share, bonuses, and performance-based opportunities. Mentorship and continuing education are included as part of the practice network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state dental license in good standing
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date
• Stay informed on advancements and best practices
