42North Dental is hiring a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will manage the full clinical experience—from exams and treatment plans to delivery of care with in-office specialists collaborating to support patient outcomes.

The role offers robust earning potential, with compensation up to 200k USD annually based on production, plus eligibility for bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
