Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a Dentist to join an established practice with a strong flow of new patients and access to exclusive continuing education.

You will promote oral health, diagnose and treat diseases, create treatment plans, educate patients on options, review records, and interpret X-rays as part of comprehensive care.

The role offers mentorship through a network of doctors and a commitment to ethics, professionalism, and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ADA CODA-accredited dental education program (DMD or DDS).
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients; maintain ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and best practices through continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state dental license

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance

BLS or CPR certification
