Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a Dentist to join our established practice built by dentists for dentists, delivering healthy, confident smiles for life.

In this role you will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, and maintain accurate records within a collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
