Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Dentist to deliver comprehensive care across the patient journey, from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a team with strong CE opportunities, mentorship, and a collaborative network of Doctors; 401K retirement available from day one, and a generous continuing education program.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care.
