42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care across exams, treatment planning, and in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, creating and presenting treatment options, documenting records, interpreting x-rays, and maintaining high standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
