• Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Certifications: Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.

Job Description

• Diagnosis & Treatment: Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnose dental conditions, and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Restorative Dentistry: Perform general restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure a smooth clinical workflow.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care to promote long‑term dental health.

Preferences

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist, DEA Registration

• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 1+ years of practice
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in a private practice setting (though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply).
