Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of dental conditions.
• Education and licensure requirements including state dental licensure and dental degree.
• Background checks, immunization policy compliance, and ability to obtain medical staff privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency services.
• Evaluates and manages complex dental conditions and coordinates care with medical providers for medically or behaviorally complex patients.
• Delivers patient education and preventive care, explaining options, risks, and post-treatment care while addressing diverse cultural needs.
• Provides consultation and guidance to healthcare providers and dental staff on dental health and its impact on overall health.
• Maintains clinical records, participates in QA, infection control, program operations, and contributes to committees and strategic planning.
