Job summary

You will perform exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery; engage in education, infection control, and quality improvement while addressing diverse cultural needs.

Qualifications

• DDS or equivalent dentistry degree
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the United States
• Experience with comprehensive dental care and complex cases (GS-12 level guidance)
• Ability to coordinate with medical providers and multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency dental services
• Manage complex dental conditions and coordinate care with other healthcare providers
• Deliver patient education and preventive care, addressing cultural and socioeconomic needs
• Maintain clinical records and participate in quality improvement and infection control activities
