Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exam through delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will educate patients, create treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive dental records within a collaborative network. The role offers diverse case variety, mentorship with a strong professional network, and opportunities for equity and growth.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof provided.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continue education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
