Job summary

42North Dental seeks a Dentist to lead the full patient care experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-house services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. You will diagnose, educate, and develop treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• License to practice dentistry in the state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
