Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a dentist to provide full clinical patient care from initial exam to treatment delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $250,000 USD annually, with benefits including medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401K, CE, mentorship, equity, and unlimited earning potential. Excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education

Education
