Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Hepatitis B vaccination documentation; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Create and review treatment plans with patients.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
Maintain records and stay updated with new practice standards.
