Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive clinical care from initial exam through treatment, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care, education, and a collaborative network of doctors.

Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD with a strong benefits package, including medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and prevent disease.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and present treatment plans to patients.
• Review treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments and practices.
