Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dentist in Harleysville, PA to manage the full clinical patient experience, from exam through treatment. In-office care covers periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role supports a strong patient flow in a established practice.

The position offers part-time hours (Saturdays, 7AM-12PM, with Labor Day through Memorial Day) and benefits eligible at 32 hours/week. Competitive daily rate appears in the posting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
