Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist, Managing Clinical Director for a full-time role in the United States. You will lead a patient-centric dental team, uphold the highest professional standards, and drive excellent clinical outcomes across complex cases.

You’ll mentor other dentists, conduct comprehensive exams, and discuss treatment options with patients. The position emphasizes clinical leadership, program ownership, and collaboration with support teams to balance quality care with business

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
