Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist (Managing Clinical Director) in Morris, Illinois for full-time employment with strong compensation potential and business-support to focus on exceptional patient care.

Compensation includes a salary range of $200,000–$300,000 with signing incentive and relocation stipend, plus opportunities to own a practice through the Ownership Program and extensive continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
