Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to guide a patient-centric team and deliver exceptional care in a dynamic DSO setting in Poplar Bluff, MO. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient-focused treatment planning, and collaboration with back-end support to optimize patient outcomes.

You will lead comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, discuss treatment options, and provide high-quality treatments while maintaining ethical standards and pursuing ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of budget and work with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Salary: $200000 - 300000+ per year
