Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist/Managing Clinical Director in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package with a $300,000–$450,000 yearly salary, generous signing incentive, relocation support, and profit-sharing opportunities.

You will lead a patient-centric team, manage clinical care, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence across practices within the Aspen Dental network.

• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.

• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
